I have a question reading the press release yuengling says it will bring Lager, Light Lager, and Black Tan to the State of Georgia which is great news, but will they bring Premium, Light, Porter, and Ale to the great state of Georgia? If anyone could give me further detail that would be great on why they aren't introducing more of there beers to GA that would be helpful. |

I went to the store in Zebulon Ga. rounded the corner and there it was, Yuengling! I yelled out loud. thanks guys |

Browsing at a local store today I came across a strange sight…
A poster with a green-tinted bottle seemingly full of the most delicious liquid I have ever experienced. Could it be I thought, Yuengling, here, in Georgia, right in front of me? I took a moment to regain my composure. I wiped my eyes several times and to my amazement it was true. There were mountains of amber and white cases; 6-packs, 12-packs, even suitcase sized packages of that wonder lager which had eluded me for so long. I didn’t know what to do for a moment. Then I took a deep breath, looked around to make sure some jackass buddy of mine wasn’t video-taping my reaction to post it on You-Tube, hoisted that wonderful brew up from the stack, paid the cashier and decided that it has been a truly wonderful day. Thank you Yuengling, We have waited to long.

on an aside, I met one of the Yungeling's at a bar in St. Augustine several years ago. He told me they were not in ATL (at the time) because they were afraid the could not meet the supply to match demands of Atlanta (a top 10 beer market in the states). anyways, it doesnt matter now. Im thrilled.
thanks to the folks who made this happen. I appreciate your efforts. |

So we know where it is in stock and out so we all are not disapointed when we get to our local store and they are out or don't have it yet and we have to drive around to countless places looking for it :)

I was stationed at Camp Lejeune, NC where I was first introduced to Yuengling. When I moved back to Florida I was able to get Yuengling whenever I wanted it. Since then (four years ago) I moved to Georgia and was surprised when I learned that Yuengling is not distributed in Georgia. It seems odd that I can find Yuengling in any small town in the surrounding states, but not in a big Metro area like Atlanta. Something is wrong with this picture… |

I had a chance encounter with a United Distributors rep in the Woodstock, GA Wal-Mart on 9/19/08. He says Yuengling just signed a distribution deal with Anheuser-Busch to distribute Yuengling in Georgia, and said expect to start seeing it around the Atlanta area as early as November, or at the very latest, January 2009. Woo hoo!!! It's about time Dick let this state know who's king!!! Now that's what I'm talking about!!! |

Many great things originate from the east coast, me being one of them, but as far as tasty adult beverages, I can name two: FireFly Sweet Tea Vodka from South Carolina(thanks Kenno) and....YUENGLING LAGER!!! Everytime I cross the Georgia/Alabama line a with hidden stash of Yuengling, regular and Black & Tan, I feel like a smuggler. And I get tired of all my friends depleting my supply (Shane). So I emplor the oldest American brewery to release the inhabitants and visitors of this great state of Gerogia from the bonds of being without this wonderful elixir. BRING YUENGLING TO GEORGIA!!!! please;-) |

Luckily my band tours regularly so we can get our Yuengling fix every so often but there's just no reason not to bring it to Georgia so we can have it whenever we want..get on it people. ONE state in the whole Southeast...how does htat make sense...BRING IT! |
|
1634 |
Stephen Haupt |
Well Yuengling is coming to Georgia. The Budweiser distributor won rights to it and will be here within the month. SLIGHT problem....the cost of the beer will be more than we are used to paying for Yuengling in other states. I heard we are looking at $7.99 a six pack and $15.99 for a 12 pack. THAT is messed up....its about $2-$3 cheaper in other states. |
|
1633 |
Zach Hoke |
I am originally from York, Pennsylvania only about 80 miles from Pottsville, located in Atlanta now. So, Yuengling is my home beer. I can only get it when I go out of state and bring back a few cases. Which are gone within a couple weeks because my friends drink it up. I heard of a rumor about them bringing it to Georgia. But I do not know if it is true. But bring this shit to GA!!!!!!!!! |
|
1632 |
Zoe Jenkins |
We must get this beer in this state!! Why should all of the other states get it and we don't. Don't the Beer Makers know that REDNECKS love beer. We want more than PBR and Budweiser. |

Please bring it to GA. I"m tired of importing it from Alabama. I'm originally from Pittsburgh, left when I was 17 so I never had a YL, but have been drinking it for years now, just wish it was available. |
|
1619 |
Heather Radlmann |
Growing up in rural PA had it's pros and cons. Cons - living near 3 mile island, and it always smelled like cow manure no matter where you went. Pros- Dutch Wonderland and Yuengling. I'm an old school fan - even used to take my bottles back to the plant for a discount. Please, Pottsville folks and Georgia government - unite in a cause that is worth fighting for. Make us Yankees in the South happy. Bring Yuengling to Georgia!!! |
|

It wasn't until I moved to SE Georgia that I even heard of Yuengling, and when I tried it on trip to Jacksonville about a year ago, I liked it - A lot. I wondered why don't we have Yuenglingin GA? Since then I have discovered that nearly all the states surrounding our great state do sell Yuengling. Of course, it could be because Georgia is run by a bunch of jackals, who would rather you go out to a restaurant and get blitzed then drive home on Sunday than be able to purchase alcohol and consume it in your own SAFE home on that holiest of days. I'll never understand MANY of the things that go on in this state, and I was born and raised here. I hope this petition works. |

This is yet another plea on behalf of our beloved Brandy. She longs and yearns for Yuengling to be found at the corner gas station, in the liquor stores and the grocery stores, and in the finest eating and drinking establishments throughout the dixified State of Georgia. She is well beyond therapy at this point nor will any medication work to fill the gapping hole in her heart. Chanting circles, support groups, 12 step programs, prayer, meditation - all fruitless efforts in easing her pain. Bring the damn beer to Georgia, and she'll sell it for you, or at least drink a shitload. |
|
1600 |
Lauren Rudderow |
Seriously? I mean, really??? Why the hell would you NOT have this beer available to at least every single American? |

As a Florida tea totaler, with a sister who lives in Atlanta, Georgia, I would be honored if you would ship my supply of Yuengling to be sold in Georgia. I'm sure my sister will do her very best to purchase all of your inventory. The skydiving population of Atlanta needs this greatly!!! |
|
1596 |
Ron Misorek |
To the all knowing and great people of the Yuengling Brewing Company, I address this letter. After centuries of picking cotton in the fields and peaches off trees, I think it is time that the wise and ever knowing people of Georgia have the right to pick Yuengling off their supermarket shelves. And, in an effort to keep the great people of Georgia in their slim physiques, I strongly urge that Yuengling Lite be the number one brew on all supermarket shelves. |
|
1595 |
James Hackett |
Everyone is the United States deserves Yuengling, even the people of Georgia!! |
|
1594 |
Joyce Misorek |
This is a mother's plea!!! Please bring Yuengling to Georgia so my daughter no longer has to make a beer run to Florida and avoids speeding tickets or drunk driving arrests along her merry way.
PS Brandy cannot afford any more speeding tickets!! |

We the beer-drinking People of the State of Georgia, in Order to form a more perfect Beer Selection, establish a Fine Buzz, insure the availability of Quality Domestic Lager, provide for the common man,[1] promote the general Drunkenness, and secure the Blessings of the oldest operating Brewery in these United States to ourselves and our Posteriors, do ordain and establish that Yeungling Lager, a tasty Brew, should be available purchase in the Great State of Georgia. |

|
1588 |
Brett Mashchak |
I was introduced to Yuengling by my fine friends in the ATL when I lived there. Luckily I currently reside in the free state of FL where I can quench my thirst for the nectar of the gods whenever i want....and we have sunday sales! Maybe that is what GA should be fighting for too! The only two reasons I hated living in that damn state, no Yuengling and no Sunday sales... |
|
1587 |
Megan Misorek |

It’s a damn shame that this fine nectar is not available in Georgia. Do you know how much gas i could save by not having to make a road trip to Chattanooga once a month? Don't get me wrong, i'm all for supporting the local brews, but come on now... ATLANTA DESERVES YUENGLING!!! |
|
1575 |
Gregg Taylor |
I feel your pain, I live in Louisville, KY where Yuengling is also not distributed. I got hooked on it during a trip to Baltimore several years ago and ended up bring back 8 cases with me. I have had to drive to Tenn to get or have friends ship it from PA. This beer is worth the trip. Good Luck my friends.. |
